Annoying tooltips that dont let you click

When I add a link of a comment to another mr, the link gets formatted which is amazing! but, everytime i go to click it, a tooltip comes up and the focus switches to the tooltip which is soo annoying. this happens with the copy buttons next to branch and filenames in diffs also. Is there any way to completely disable tooltips behind clickable items across the app?
