Udpate Early Adopter Plan to Gitlab.com Early Adopter Plan

The goal is to be specific here about what type of early adopter this is to avoid confusion with the EE Ultimate Early Adopter Program, or any future feature / products that we would want to tag as "Early Adopter".

Requirements

  1. If the user/group is on the Early Adopter plan, it should say "...on the GitLab.com Early Adopter plan"
  2. The column on the left, which is only displayed if you are on the Early Adopter plan, should have a heading "GitLab.com Early Adopter"
  3. We shouldn't be changing the name of the plan anywhere else in code, purely in these two places where the plan name is displayed
