Help anyone remember to create a merge request

Problem to solve

When I push a branch from my local machine or when I create a branch in GitLab, I rely on going to the project overview page to find the alert that suggests to me to make a merge request next. I recently discovered that this alert also appears on my Project list view, which is not where I'd expect to find it.

Two ideas. One would be to allow these alerts to surface in my To-Do List or allow me to find all the branches I've authored in Your work with a CTA to create a merge request.
