Newer "Widget Extension" widget are reporting older legacy event names

Based potentially on a miscommunication in #341759 (comment 991304969), newer widget extension widgets are still reporting their older event names.

You can see the older representation here and it replicated into the new telemetry framework here.

We should potentially remove all of the legacy names.
