gitlab 12.5.4 release tag missing

According to https://about.gitlab.com/blog/2019/12/10/critical-security-release-gitlab-12-5-4-released/, GitLab 12.5.4 was released. However, the latest git tag on https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab is v12.5.3-ee, preventing bumping this in nixpkgs.

Can you please add the tag on whatever commit was released as 12.5.4?
