Make search timeout message more suggestive

Summary

While working on the support ticket #374416(Internal only) the customer suggested the message returned when searches time out should give a better explanation and way forward.

The aim of this issue is to bring together the customer and GitLab colleagues to see if the wording can be improved while not overcomplicating it.

@stavros-relex - Can you share with us any proposal you might have? We recently adjusted the wording in !109172 (merged).
