List all dead links in wiki

Problem to solve

• When writing a longer wiki page, one may create a lot of links to other pages, some of which may not exist yet. If the wiki editing spree consists of many pages, it is easy to overlook a few missing links, leaving the wiki with dead / broken links.
• When moving pages around in the wiki repository, it is hard to find all former links to the moved pages.

Intended users

Unknown, all wiki users. (not specific to a certain development role)

Proposal

There should be a special wiki page, similar to .../wikis/pages/, which lists all the pages which are linked to but missing, and all the linking locations.

Permissions and Security

Same as viewing or cloning the wiki.

Documentation

The page .../wiki/broken_links/ lists all those wiki pages which are linked to, but do not exist yet. Feel free to create these pages!
