Frontend: Add an indicator to the catalog resource project

Overview

This came out from the user flow shared by @fabiopitino.

In case users tested their CI config file and made the repository a catalog resource, we need to show them on the project page that This is a repository for the catalog.

Proposal

• 🔗 Figma prototpe
• 👉 Design tab
• ⭐️ SVG library icon
