Invite modal not working when new nav is enabled

Summary

When the new nav is enabled, some modals don't work. So far I've noticed it on the "Invite members" button on https://gitlab.com/{project}/-/project_members but I have a feeling it's not the only one that will be impacted by this

Steps to reproduce

1. Ensure the new navigation is enabled: [docs]
2. Go to the members page of a project you have ownership or maintainership rights to.
3. Click the "Invite members" button.

What is the current bug behavior?

The button does nothing

What is the expected correct behavior?

The "invite members" modal opens

Possible fixes

I imagine the content of that modal has been placed in the old navigation partial. This is speculation though. When you find it, look for others and move them too.
