Run lefthook/githook on commit too

Hi guys!

There are a plenty of linter rules in the project. This is great feature and really useful but it checks code on push only. Is it possible to add hooks to commit too? Just to avoid possible conflicts between commits and improve developer experience. Is there any reason why the hooks are enabled on push only? I'm happy to create MR with the necessary changes but I have to know that the idea is fine and acceptable by other developers.
