Proposal

There is Automatic member removal, so After a group sync, users who are not members of a mapped SAML group are removed from the group.

Also, there's Default membership role functionality for Gitlab.com, but this doesn't apply for Self-Managed

However, in some cases, customers need to add certain developers or maintainers to their group temporarily, and they don't need SAML group links.

Add the option to disable Automatic member removal Or Add Default membership for members without SAML group link
