Delete Service Account in UI

Background

Users need to be able to delete service accounts.

Why

Automation needs change. Delete old bots that no longer have a use.

Possible Complicating Factors

• Do we want to prevent deletion if SA has active use?
• How would we determine active use?

Still needed

• Text copy updates to be service account specific instead of mentioning user. We can just rename user to service account I think.

Implementation

• Implement the two delete versions in the row dropdown
• Soft and Hard delete.
• If deletion fails, show the error message as a small banner in the modal. (needs screenshots)
