Problem to solve

I don't want to go through each vulnerability one at a time in order to create an associated issue.

Proposal

Enable bulk issue creation from the vulnerability report.

As a user I can select a list of vulnerabilities (say critical) and click "bulk create" and it iterates through said list, creating one issue for each vulnerability. The content of each vulnerability is the same as if created individually.

Users can create an issue in GitLab OR in JIRA if they have the integration enabled.
