Jira integration stopped working

The integration with Jira cloud stopped working a few weeks back. We are able to successfully authenticate (using Jira API token) with Jira via gitlab integration. Please see the screen shot attached. We don't see any gitlab events sent to corresponding Jira tickets anymore.
