Policy status radio button overlays alert component

When creating scan execution policy, there is small UI bug.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to any project
2. Security & Compliance -> Policies -> New policy -> Scan execution policy
3. Try to save policy with wrong branch name, see Alert message
4. Scroll on top so Radio buttons overlay alert
