Epic visibility on board

Show epics on kanban board for the purpose of filtering issues, grouping issues, and ranking epics without assigning strict start/end dates.
Proposal
Add epics as cards to board view. Allow users to change the epic card position (rank) on the board, just like issues. Make epic visibility toggle-able, with option to only showing epics related to issues in current board view. This could make other epic features accessible:
- issue search/filter by epic
- highlight/focus related issues on epic click
- epic and related issue cards visually grouped by color
- auto-ranking issues based on epic rank
- auto-closing issues/epics
- [KILLER FEATURE] auto-plot epic position and timelines on roadmap (without explicit start/end dates)
