update mirror button does not "reactivate" once 5-min update-block is over

The "Pull from a remote repository" section has an update button that is blocked for 5 minutes after an update. There is a text next to it that reports the time since the last update, that does "update" itself, i.e. states the "current" time and not the time "when the page got loaded". However this updating does not affect the button next to it. Which results in situations when one cannot click the button with an error message that contradicts the time stated next to it:
