'Start a Free Gold Trial' sign up form bugged

Summary

On first page of form only wrote one word (my first name) in Full Name prompt. Filled everything else and moved to second page. Filled all and clicked Continue: error message "We have found the following errors: Last name can't be blank".

Steps to reproduce

Create a new account. Confirm email. Click on Start free trial. Only write one word in the 'Full Name' prompt. Fill everything else and move to page 2. Fill everything and press Continue. Voila.
