JiraConnect: create branch sends to gitlab.com instead of SM instance

Summary

According to the documentation, I installed GitLab for the Jira app using gitlab.com as a proxy instance. Installing and importing namespaces works as described in the docs.

Unfortunately, when I want to create a branch from the development panel, I am forwarded to gitlab.com and not our self-managed instance.

Zendesk ticket (internal only)

Steps to reproduce

Follow the steps in our documentation for Set up OAuth authentication and set up your instance using gitlab.com as the proxy

Example Project

What is the current bug behavior?

When creating a branch, it redirects to gitlab.com instead of my self-managed instance.

What is the expected correct behavior?
