Auto collapse left side bar in Web IDE when editing from the bottom of any page in the handbook

Problem to solve

Single page handbook edits can be difficult to make for non-technical users. When clicking the open in Web IDE button at the bottom of any handbook page, which is the primary way to make a single page edits, we should reduce visual complexity.

Proposal

When editing a handbook page from the Web IDE (clicking "Open in Web IDE" at the bottom of any handbook page), the left side bar should be auto-collapsed.
