  Is Reactivate trial an option at all anymore?

  1. If free -> trial -> free when expired - no
  2. Is it possible to see Reactivate trial at all anywhere? Can you start a trial from a lower paid plan and then go back to that lower plan when it expires? If so, then we have a testing gap for that... If that isn't possible, then we should do a follow-up to remove code for that.
