License Compliance Merge Request Widget - failed loading results

On a License Compliance SBOM MR it was observed that an inverse FF E2E job failed https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/jobs/3727633931

The Licence Compliance widget, from the screenshot, looks to have loaded but with an error "failed loading results"

Track this issue, reproduce and determine error
