Custom group-level project templates do not import Git Large File Storage (LFS) settings

Group-level project templates do not import all project settings.

Setting which are targeted in this issue are:

• General Settings > Visibility, project features, permissions > Git Large File Storage (LFS) (was previously not enabled, but the new project shows enabled)
