create/modify/delete should not be hard for projects

Basically getting started with gitlab has taken too long. Git itself is confusing but there are quite good tutorials about github (of course). This is not something I am going to follow up so it is not an issue but an issue. Can I suggest that on every page it is clear what my status is (eg group relevant to the page) and what project/branch I am looking at. Under any menu with a "new", there is at least one "edit" and one "delete". This would encourage beginners such as myself to play about and figure out what the hell is going on.
