Add option to export all members contained by a group as a CSV

Problem

Currently, premium users can export a list of group members as a CSV file. The export lists all the members visible in the UI, meaning all the members that belong to the group that the user is currently looking at.

There is an additional use case that often comes up during customer interviews in which users would like to be able to export all members that are contained by the group they are currently looking at, meaning the current group and all groups and projects that are nested underneath.

At the highest level, the top-level group/organization, this functionality would then enable the top-level group owner to audit all current users this way.
