VSD - Rename URL

Problem

The Value Streams Dashboard is currently using a generic URL. This URL would be better suited to the top level Product Analytics dashboards as it aligns with the sidebar navigation.

Solution

Append value_streams_dashboard to the Value Streams Dashboard URL, resulting in the new URL: /analytics/dashboards/value_streams_dashboard

Impact

As VSD is currently only accessed via a private beta, it has very limited engagement. We could therefore go ahead with the change and notify the customers participating in the beta.
