Determine where to put the instrumentation details after sharing the dashboards listing

Problem to solve

With the analytics dashboard listing becoming shared (Replace product analytics dashboard listing wit... (#388557 - closed) and Present call-to-actions to configure dashboards... (#388629 - closed)) we will be losing the Instrumentation details dropdown that is currently situated on the product analytics dashboard listing:

We need to relocate this to somewhere that is visible and accessible for users.

Proposed solutions

• Add the button to each Product Analytics dashboard (only works whilst we have GitLab-created dashboards)?
• Add to the Configuration screen somehow?
  • James: 2023-04-12 This is the selected direction using the existing Settings -> General area for this data.
• Add an actions menu to the dashboards listing with the instrumentation details link?
