Value Streams Dashboard Beta - onboard the customers who sign up for the program

Overview

As part of the Q4 FY23 Marketing Announcement, we opened a new registration page for the VSD beta.

The registered names are tracked on this SFDC campaign

Onboard process

1. Notify the account owner that the customer completed a form to join the beta.
2. Verify that the customer is GitLab Premium
3. Send an invitation email

What’s Included in the Beta:

• Access to the latest version of the product
• The ability to provide feedback and shape the future of the product
• Early access to new features and updates

How to enable the Beta on your Gitlab instance:

1. To include a group in the beta you need to enable group_analytics_dashboards_page for the desired groups.
2. You can open the new page by adding /analytics/dashboards to your group URL. For example - https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-org/-/analytics/dashboards .
3. More information about the available metrics, drill-downs, and how to customize the page can be found on this page.

Note: The dashboard is only available from 15.7 and above.
