Move tab navigation to sidebar
Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

When we started the migration of the profile page it used tabs, but now it uses the sidebar instead. The layout has also changed a bit so we need to get the version behind the profile_tabs_vue feature flag up to date with the current version.
