Implement filter by language in Zoekt

If we have the ability to filter by language in the GitLab UI for Elasticsearch results then we should make the same filter work in Zoekt. This should be already possible using the Zoekt query syntax option lang:. We may consider initially just appending this to a users search automatically when they select the option.
