Description

As we were removing the feature flag to complete the release for the GitLab for Jira app (proxy for self-managed configuration), there was a missing change that impacted the app.

We'd like to have a persistent integration for the GitLab for Jira app with a GitLab self-managed instance, so we can easily test workflows as we make changes, and run tests to understand if changes we are making impact the integration.
