Custom Logic For Branch Name Template

Proposal

At this moment, there are only two variables available for branch name template generated for issues:

• %{id} - iid of the issue
• %{title} - hyphenated title of the issue

Our team have been long working with Semver Branches and I was asked if we could have someway of templating a next semver tag on Branch Name Template.

Supposed latest Tag on project is 2.3.4 and Branch Name Template is configured to be something like %{nextSemverPatch} the recommended branch generated by the issue would be 2.3.5. Same for %{nextSemverMinor} and %{nextSemverMajor}.

This will help our team a lot, not sure if other people would benefit from it.
