Tasks should be able to show up on Boards

Current tasks do not show up on Boards:

This makes it hard to see what a person / team is working on. The main work around is to go to List under Issues then use the type feature to select Task.

The workflow use for this feature would be to enable status views of all outstanding work on a person's plate based on the assigned tags for a board.
