Namespace storage usage reporting 10GB

Summary

We noticed in at least 3 different namespaces that the "Namespace storage used" field says 10GB. This doesn't seem to be accurate since there are projects inside those namespaces that are larger than 10GB.

What is the current bug behavior?

In the storage quotas page, the "Namespace storage used" field says 10GB.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The accurate calculations should be presented.
