UX Improvements - Experiment Detail/Candidate List

This issue collects further improvements to the UX of ML Experiment Tracking

Summary

• add information that this feature comes from a third party connection MR
• make detail page (experiment page) table row clickable, remove details column MR
• artifacts column needs table header MR
• search/filter should not have ❌ clear until user has typed something
• experiment detail page title should be name of experiment MR

• Tooltips on every cell are unnecessary unless the text is truncated. I think there might be other areas in the product where we only show tooltips if the content can't be fully displayed. MR
• If we are going for a spreadsheet look, it might be more useful to keep a min-width on the cells so that the table itself (not the entire page) does horizontally scroll on smaller screens. MR
