Merge Request mark as draft duplicating `draft` in the title

Summary

When editing a MR, if Mark as Draft is clicked, whenever the title is focused or defocused it adds an extra Draft: to it

Steps to reproduce

  1. Edit a MR
  2. Select Mark as Draft
  3. Click on the title, any number of times

Bonus: 4. Manually edit it to remove any Draft :, try clicking on Save (it will endup with 2 extra Draft :

What is the current bug behavior?

When editing a MR, if Mark as Draft is clicked, whenever the title is focused or defocused it adds an extra Draft: to it

What is the expected correct behavior?

It should only add Draft: to the title once.
