Improve merge request Checkout modal window

Right now Checkout modal window in the merge request provides very basic instructions for both Authors and Reviewers:

The problem is that these flows are inherently different from each other. An author should push the changes to the MR and resolve the conflicts. A reviewer should leave comments and merge when an MR is ready to be merged.

In order to improve that we should separate these flows in a modal window.
