In FY24, both Runner Fleet and Continuous Integration have priorities around displaying GitLab data for use by customers. We have some challenges related to database architecture as well as a choice between Analytics and integrating with Observability.

Proposal

Let's create an architecture blueprint to ensure we solve both use cases with the same technology.
