Install Jira plugin from self-hosted instance

Hello! I've installed a new Jira app from Marketplace, but now I want to replace it with my app_descriptor.json. I can't do that: The app "gitlab-jira-connect-gitlab.com" could not be installed as a local app as it has previously been installed from Atlassian Marketplace
