Support import from subversion repository URLs

This is a potential most used feature on a git VC System to help us migrate our old projects into gitlab. GitHub had it for long long time. Gitlab must have it.

This feature should be user friendly. All it should ask for it is the subversion URL and credentials if that's a private repository. From that point, it should take care of the rest itself without much intervention or requiring manual svn commands.
