Replies to reviewer comments should not open a new review

I find it very tricky to reply to comments that reviewers have left on my Merge Request. After typing a reply, if I hit "CTRL+ENTER" to post it, GitLab will automatically start a new review.

This makes no sense because:

• I am not used to the idea of "starting a review" of my own code.
• This is a reply to someone else's comment. It is part of a conversation -- it is intuitively not a "review".
• There is very little indication that the new "review" has started, other than the little bar that subtly appears at the bottom of the screen.
• I usually click the "resolve this thread" checkbox if my reply answers the question, however the thread is never actually resolved until I finish my review... Therefore if I'm responding to a bunch of open reviewer comments, I can't use the "go to next unresolved thread" button at the top of the screen unless I "finish the review" after responding to each one. So, "batching" replies to comments is not even really possible with the intended workflow!
