Adding Iteration list on board always shows all iterations

Problem

The Value dropdown for choosing an iteration for a list on a board always contains every iteration causing needless scrolling/searching to find the current open iteration.

• Have iterations that are 'Done'
• Go to a board
• Click 'Create list'
• Click scope radio button for 'Iteration'
• The Value dropdown contains every iteration, ever.

Proposal

Only show open/future iterations, or provide options to allow some kind of filtering.
