VSA overview - Adding "change rate %" badges to the stage navigation bar

As a software leader, I need to understand the entire work process that delivers value to customers so I can optimize the SDLC. I want to know if my team performance improves over time. Today, Gitlab users unable to understand the VSA stages trends.

Proposal

Add "change rate %" badges for each stage in the VSA Overview stage navigation bar:

  1. To improve performance please consider lazy loading of the "change badges".
  2. Change % = (Current period Value – Previous period value) / Previous period value
  3. In the case of a negative change, there will be a negative_icon near the % value.
  4. In the case of a negative change, the % value and icon will be red.
  5. In the case of a positive change, there will be a positive_icon near the % value.
  6. In the case of a positive change, the % value and icon will be green.
  7. In the case of no change show 0% with no trend icon
  8. In the case of no data available stick to -
