Avoid confusion about required true-ups when running on a temporary license
When a self-managed instance is running on a trial or temporary license, the Maximum users
count is not updated, and the Users over license
count is set to 0
(zero).
This can cause confusion if a temporary license is used to "extend" an (almost) expired subscription, to get more time to work on the renewal.
If the (almost) expired subscription had an overage, true-ups are due.
After loading the temporary license, the Admin screen no longer shows the number of true-ups, but zero.
As a result the customer or Sales rep will order a renewal without true-ups, resulting in a license or Activation Code that is not accepted as it's missing true-ups.
To prevent confusion, and the resulting friction and extra work, the Users over license
field should not be set to zero, but show the original value.
