📣 Feedback issue: New fonts in GitLab

Our new default typefaces: Inter (GitLab Sans) & JetBrains Mono

This will be dogfooded at GitLab throughout %15.8 and we'll release to customers near the %15.8 milestone on Jan 22, 2023.

• Future Add a setting to opt-in to ligatures: #386420
