Follow-up: Hide cloud license banner after adding a cloud license

Problem

If a user has a cloud license already they'd still see the banner saying "hey don't you know we have cloud licenses now?"

They already know that 😅 so I'd hide this banner if subscription is present and it's NOT a legacy type.

Proposal

Don't display the banner if there is already a cloud license type added to the instance. This could be just the current license.
