To-Dos marked as done on To-Do list have inaccessible low-contrast text

Problem

When an item is marked as done it is updated to opacity: 0.2 on a gl-bg-gray-50 background which results in very low contrast. This is beneficial/intentional to denote the item as done. Can we explore combinations which make the item greyed-out whilst maintaining as high text contrast as possible for low vision? Maybe gl-bg-grey-10 with slightly increase opacity.
