Start, stop, resume, and delete a Workspace from Gitlab UI

Problem

A user requires starting, stopping, and restarting a Workspace in the GitLab UI. They also require seeing the Workspace’s status after performing any of those actions.

Solution

• Display a status symbol that indicates the workspace status
• Provide buttons to start, stop, and restart a workspace.
