API endpoint for last successful security pipeline ID

A SaaS customer has requested a way to query either with our REST or GraphQL API the pipeline ID of the last successful security pipeline run. This is currently not available via our APIs.

Proposal

Expose the full pipeline object for latest_finding_pipeline via the graphql API. This will also allow retrieval of timestamp and commit information.
