warn when failed job appears in the stage-cell

First image, looking at pipeline overview, everything look good:

Second image, in reality one job already failed:

That image can be presented, even when there are already failed jobs.

Failed jobs can be only spotted when opening the stage icon, this is not optimal, if you want to see quick status of pipeline.

It would make sense, to prefer "failed" icon or at least show some warning about possible issue (warning sign?).

In our scenario, when job flakes, we sometimes able to re-run it, before the last pipeline job finishes and whole pipeline fail (due to failed job).
